I would also like to add that the lady that took care of me on the phone was super nice and worked around my schedule to make the appointment for the estimate as well as get the work done. Our AC went out due to a faulty breaker. Josh came out the same day. We have an atypical breaker, so he had to go to the parts supply to get it. He showed us the AC information and how the original breaker was incorrect and he installed what was needed. I thought the same-day service and outstanding service would cost a lot. I didn't. It was a very fair price. I would have paid that much or more somewhere else for less. That's why we keep calling "On The Way." They're the best.

Three outlets were replaced and the wiring and other electrical components were inspected to make sure everything was up to code in my 40-year-old home. Our AC went out during the hottest days of summer AND after 6 pm. We were at 87 degrees inside our house. Called “On The Way” and the person who answered was kind and understanding. She scheduled someone to check the system and by 8 pm someone was working on our AC. I received an email the job was scheduled and a text when the tech was on his way. We were able to sleep in a cool home thanks to On The Way AC and Heating!! Will continue to use them for all our AC, plumbing, and electrical work!

We appreciate them sticking with it and finding the problem. Very professional and very nice. Give these guys a try next time you need something fixed. They do a number of different things. Doug and Art did a great job for us!!
